Farm machinery gathering.

Hello all, hope you all had a decent summer. I haven't checked in here since I bought my ride this past spring.
Anyway, I'm located in central wi, and I have a project going up in tomahawk, basically the edge of "the Northwoods "
There is an annual tractor gathering, here in tomahawk, as there's a small factory that produces, you guessed it...
Harley parts...
So the "fall ride" starts this Thursday, and town is already ramping up. The douchy factor has already been increased 10 fold. The cheesy chaps, do rags, etc.... blah blah blah, loud pipes, garage floor oil stain removal techniques etc.
Maybe I'll head back home until all this douchebaggery subsides.

Anyway, I hope this post finds you and yours doing well, I'm a little ashamed to have only put 2000ish miles on this summer, but I have another mistress. She's managed to captivate my attention.

Yea I like boats just about as much as bikes, thing is in the trailing, its a PITA, the bike is a no brainier, get on and go but that does look like a ho hell of a lot of fun..

 

Is that a Deere or an International Harvester. I had a boat many years ago. Nothing like that. But it was the best pit I know to throw money into. I figured that I was paying about $1500.00 a pound for coho salmon.

This was taken yesterday, Sept 11. We spent the day on the water. The weather here is just beginning to turn, so one more chance to hang out on the sand bar, well, it was just too hard to pass up.
