Had the rear cowl off for a month installing the stock fender (had to order hardware twice). Put everything back together and was left with 2, 8x24 large phillips pan head screws. The PO used a bunch off misc hardware to eliminate the fender but I tried to keep them separate. These look like Honda. Can't find them in the fiches for fender or cowl. Ring a bell?
Found em. PO used bushings and longer screws to lower the fender stay. I guess for pipes, don't know.
