Extension Bar/Tool Grip RR 2005 Honda VFR 800A Anyone have this?

Just want to pick members brains on the tools which came with the 2005 ABS model. I have a 2005 Honda VFR 800A. There is a place for an extension bar under the seat. Do any owners have this bar on their bike or is it only on the non-abs? There is also a spanner but I believe this other spanner is for suspension adjustment on the non-ABS models. I bought this bike second hand and noticed in the book this extension bar but I do not have it. I do not want to buy it if I don't need it. Any thoughts!!!

 

The extension bar in the 2005 tool kit is for the chain adjustment tool. It has it's own space under the seat that is molded into the seat plastic on the left hand side. I'm not sure there is a difference in tool kits from the ABS and non-ABS models...
