make one ....record your bike running.... on your phone with the voice note recording function..( all phones should have it) then when you select your new ringtone..or change it. go to "new reingtone' then select your sound byte...... if that doesn't work..as Cundilini he is the cell phone Guru...

For Verizon, this is how I make all my ringtones (record or use MP3s):
If you have a mic with higher quality than the cell phone, make the recording and load it onto the computer. Use a program ( I like Audacity - it's free and easy to use ) to cut it down to how long you want it to be. Save it as an MP3, then change the file extension to ".mid" (this changes what speakers the phone plays out of, it will still work!).
Then email your cell phone (XXXYYYQQQQ@vzwpix.com) with the mp3 file (with .mid extension) as an ATTACHMENT. You will receive it as a "picture message" with the option to save the file and then you can use it as a ringtone.

You can google a little bit to find some more details, this outlines it pretty well:

I know that Yahoo mail works for this. I think Gmail does too but I don't remember. I have personally used Yahoo with no problems.

This is how I make all my ring tones... if you have a picture message/text plan it's free, otherwise it's only $0.25 - either way cheaper than the $1.99+ they nail you for to get the ringtones!
