my exaust always seems to have moisture in it. If I dont start it up ever3 or4 days I can find a half dolar size puddle of water on the ground... Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Varies with temperature of course. As long as she is not puffing white smoke with a sweet smell, I wouldn't worry boss.
