Would the VF500 engine fit into the vf400 frame?...I ask as my 400 motor smokes real bad when hot...and 400 motors are impossible to find, yet there are a couple of 500 motors on Ebay..they look the same, and I read somewhere the carbs are the same.
To my knowledge bud the 500 is just a bored out 400 or so I read somewhere on here. Im sure someone else will be on soon to say for definite. Al
