Ebc

I want to share a very positive experience I've had with EBC.

As most of you know, I recently bought a 99 VFR, c which, as it turns out has EBC wave rotors up front, actually the XC discs. As it happens, they are warped and the bike shudders in a stop.
I contacted EBC for advice and I had a string of emails with William. The conclusion of which ended up with new rotors being dropped off by FedEx a short while ago today!
Now, I did get the receipt from the previous owner, but they had a date of sometime in 2014 as he told me he didn't ride the bike for about a year, after getting cut off by a Prius. (Real surprise there...)
EBC really took care of me and I want to pass on my positive experience.

 

Nice to know some companies still believe in customer service.

 

Always liked ebc products. Thanks for giving me another reason to keep using their stuff!
