Ebay sell from Jul '13 - '86 VFR700

I know its an old sale, but just curious if anyone knows where this bike went. Did someone here get it?

 

That's one of them fancy new interceptors.

 

Exactly...all modern like with its gear driven cams and 180 crank. A bit much plastic but the look is growing on me.

 

What a difference in price between this one at $3K and the one from last week that went for $4K. This one has half the miles, is original including the exhaust / center stand and looks just as good if not better. Sorry, I don't know where it ended up.

 

I clicked on the Ebay listing and saw this bike was in Chicago so I gave Chris a call. Got voice mail so I left a message stating that the guys on VFR World were interested in finding out what happened to that bike.

I'l let you know if he calls back.

 

Any word Maggot? I guess whoever got it is not an active member here or they probably would have seen this already. Oh well. Was just curious anyways...no biggie.
