Well a short review. Dunlops are prone to cupping and causing head shake. It has happen with both the Qualifiers and the D220's I have ran. The Qualifiers are great tire for track days and street use but dont expect more than 3k out of them at best. For the Washington trip I install new D220's and have 4k miles on them and some life still left on the rear but both front and rear are starting the typical cupping and headshake. Tori gave sold me a Metzler M1 front tire so I just ordered an M3 as the M1 is not avail in the rear 170's for the 4th gen any longer. I hope to get rid of the head shake but plan on installing tapered bearings soon too. So Im done with Dunlops unless they are $100 a pair then I may run them again. Ill let you know how the Metzler do.

By the way searching several sites the best deal I found was here:

    - American Motorcycle Tire

For one tire shipping was only $10.00 and when I added another for a friend it was $13.00 for both -good deal. Not only was their shipping prices great nobody came close for their tire prices The M3 170 was $134.75 compared to Cycle gear at $154.99 I couldnt even find them cheaper on ebay!

I know everyone is looking for the best tire deals and if you find a cheaper place please post up! Hum I think Ill start a new thread just for that! B out:vanity:
