Does anyone know if it is possible to use a Ducati 748, 916, 996 axle on in a VFR rear hub. There seems to be a wider variety of wheels available for the Ducati's than for the Viffer. I want to experiment over the winter with a few mods.

Try typing "Ducati rear" in the search box, you'll see several threads on this.

Looks very doable on the '98+ swingarms - check out that 'other' VFR site for someone who is in the midst of it.
