Maybe this should be in "Modifications" but...

Has anyone tried any of these Asian screens?
VFR750 windshield, buy and sell Parts Accessories on eBay Motors

Check the video on this one:
    HONDA VFR750 94 95 96 97 WINDSCREEN WINDSHIELD W25:eBay Motors (item 400089404213 end time Dec-12-09 19:28:25 PST)

I just installed my pricey new MRA Vario (from Twisted Throttle) last eve, plan to test it out today, but regardless, I'm tempted to buy one of the Hong Kong numbers just because!

At those prices, some with free doo-dads, not much of a risk...

I bought an inexpensive screen off of Ebay for my CBR 954 and it cracked down one side within two months. So... I ended up getting a Zero Gravity DB and I have had no issues. The ZG is a much nicer screen. The edges are smooth where as the inexpensive one was rather rough. I suspect that the inexpensive screen was made out of brittle material and not tested, but that is just a theory.

Bottom line for me is that I wasted the money that I spent on the less expensive screen.

That being said, if you do buy one from Hong Kong keep us posted. Perhaps the quality has improved.

I have one of those on my bike. It didn't fit nearly as well as the OEM, and when I tightened down one of the screws, it started to crack around the hole.

I think mine is an "AirBlade" DB ripoff.

I got a nock off from ebay and china. Holes where not exact, I made the drilled them very very slowly to fit better and have not had any issues at all. Also you can not see that they where not exact as the outer red covers it.

    Zero Gravity...

I have only used the ZG DB and it fits great, looks great and is really well made and finished. I was able to buy it from Star Cycle for around $60+ CA tax, delivered. I can't see how any off shore knock off would save you, ZG is a Camarillo, California company I have been to their facility, they are cool, helpful people and very service oriented.
