Dan, those roads look AMAZING, where is this, I'll have to put it on my bucket list, and do it when i can actually afford to fly me and my bike over seas... or maybe just fly myself over, and buy another bike there :becky:

Hey DAN-SLO, what town/region of the Dolomites are those pics from?. The only place in the Dolomites I am familiar with is the area north of Aviano, I believe the town is named Piancovalo. There is a very popular skiing resort in that town.

Clemson, simply rent the bike when you get there. There are several companies that rent bikes in Europe. Edelweis Tours are obviously the most recognizable company.

    KC-10 FE out...

The photos are from passo Stelvio(1km from CH border),passo Fedaia(royal tour of Giro di Italia),passo Costalunga, passo Pordoi...and many more.In one day we usualy ride over 8-12 passes.
Arabba and Canizei are good start point, small wilages with decent prices B&B for 25-30€ and there are also Cortina dAnpezzo,Alta Badia,Bormio,Bolzano.Tollmezo.....all region is called sellaronda, more on this link...SELLARONDA - The Sellaronda, the circuit on skis around the Sella Group in the Italian Dolomites - Italy (Dolomiti Superski)
If anybody decide to do that trip let me know I can tell you what is must see or even better you can take me for a guide:thumb:
