DO new parts come painted

If new tank and farings are ordered from Honda, do they come already painted? I have an 07 RWB that is cracked up (don't yet know if its totaled or not) I am just trying to make decision to repair myself or have repaired if it's not totaled.

 

I just ordered a new tank and front fender for my '03 ACE. They will come painted. I just gave them the VIN# and paint code. I feel sure yours will be the same. Cracked up? How? How Bad?
I just changed the frame, forks, front wheel and a ton of other parts on my ACE. I decided to fix it myself. A ton of work, but worth it when riding a bike that I rebuilt myself.

Yes, they come painted and with the appropriate striping and Honda Stickers already applied. If you look the parts up on Service Honda's microfiche they will show "WL" on the code. That means with labels.
