    Hello
I wanted to mount a touratech bracket for my TomTom Rider v1 on my 2007 VTEC. I looked around but decided that nothing really fitted the bill, so it was DIY time.
I took some 12mm o/d tube and fashioned this up

As you can see, I bolted it to the clip on mounting bolts. I changed them for 40mm long ones to accommodate the extra thickness of the tube( which I had flattened on the ends before drilling)

The mount is high enough so I can see the sat nav clearly even with my tank bag fitted. I can also put my hand underneath the mount to insert my ignition key and access my heated grips switchgear easily. The wiring is via a 12v waterproof connector so I can easily disconnect it, and remove the whole lot quickly. The touratech mount is lockable so I can leave the sat nav attached whilst I go to pay for petrol etc (but not overnight )
I can also see the speedo and the fuel gauge easily.
    Hope you like it
