Someone on Ozvfr had a similar exaust put on their bike a while back. I can't recall who it was, but the subject came up on the Ozvfr mailing list about a month ago. Someone also posted in the corresponding thread on the Ozvfr forum, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Ok, time to come clean - I just found the pic(s) and information on how it was all put together on the VFRD website (you'll have to register to be able to access the info). The guys a mad South African - and when I say mad I mean in the genius sort of way!

Hi David, did a bit of trawling about on the OzVFR site and found the attached - looks like a cut down Staintune pipe! Is it the one you were thinking of?

That one looks like it may be a little too close to the right heel for my comfort. I do like the look however.

The exhaust in this picture is a custom one-off. I've seen the step-by-step on how it was made. I think I saw it on vfrd. I wonder how it sounds though.

I don't think I've seen those pics before.

It appears to be the one I was thinking of, but my memory must be going. I thought it was a blue VFR.

Apologies. That is the bike I was thinking of.

For some reason I thought the bike was a blue VTEC.

    Ridden a Buell lately??

The exhaust dumps at your left foot. At least it did on my XB9SX.

Was the exhuast dumping on your foot bad? Maybe something can be fabbed to point the exhuast down, like street sweepers.

no it wasn't bad, it was interesting to say the least, but if you're wearing proper boots, it is not noticeable. Just a puff-puff--puff-puff from the harley based motor when at a standstill.

I just got my exhaust in today (had them ship it to me here at work), and WOW, what can I say? Not only did www.sporttour.com deliver my Remus exhaust in record time (3 days from order, miraculous!), the quality of the Titanium is astonishing. I was in awe for a few minutes, just feeling them and noticing the quality.

The exhaust in the first post is all handmade. It was very loud at first and the guy was wanting opinions on how to quite it down. It is a piece of art. Very nice.

Very nice, with the Single sided swingarm it really shows off the rear wheel.

Ralph did an RC51 front end swap with his own custom radial mount brakes using Yamaha monoblock calipers. Even got the lower fork tubes titanium nitride coated.

Then he lowsided on it and it hit an oncoming car and ripped it in half.
