Whats up guy's I need some help and I hope you guys can give me some advice. The last couple times i took my 86 vfr out for a ride I had to let the bike warm up alot longer than usual. And If i don't allow the bike to warm up enough she will usually die. I took my bike out for a ride one night to charge the battery she ran just fine. I was going to take the bike to work she ran for about three minutes and died, and now she won't start again. The starter cranks strong it just seems like the engine is coming close to turning over.Help!

Jiggle the ignition key and work the kill switch back and forth. If the kill switch is "OFF", the bike will attempt to start, but the coils will fail to fire.

You can also open the control module and spray WD-40 all around inside and work the kill switch back and forth again.

Pull the plugs and see if they are wet. Then you know the cylinders are getting fuel.

Set a clean plug in the boot and hold near the block. Crank the bike and see if you're getting a blue spark.
