i love my corbin so much, i've posted a pic of every angle possible of it.
the major difference is how much more level it is as opposed to OEM which seems to always push you and your junk into the tank. it's also wider and certainly more comfortable. thankfully i'm 6'1" and my feet have no problem reaching the ground. i did notice i lost a little foot to road with the corbin. probably due to it's wider saddle.
    enjoy

Corbins are no-brainers for me for any sporty bike I own. Check my gallery for pics. Well worth the money.

    Corbin Seats

Not long ago I had a think about seats, as I didn't find my standard one comfortable. I started by having the standard seat resculptured and a gel pad fitted in, allthough it was an improvement in comfort the riding position wasn't right, so I looked into buying a Corbin or a Sergeant seat. I chose the Sergeant seat because it appeared to be better made, and i have found it to be excellent. Before you chose a different seat be aware it will give you a different riding position, so if you can try and get a sit on a bike that has one of the seats fitted.

I have the Corbin, the same as Dudalicious, and it is all day comfortable, the best thing to come out of America since Dolly Parton's chest.

I had the Corbin on my 4th gen and loved it. All day comfy, but interfered with the cowl. Had one on my Ducati 900 and it was much better than stock.
I've got one on my Voyager and it is horrible. The seating position stinks and it's good only for about 100 miles before the butt is sore. I'm going to be putting a stock seat back on.
Try a bike with one. If you like it, go for it.

How much does that Corbin cost? Looks pretty nice even with the back rest.

    Beware
Corbin can make a good product, but when they mess up.......
I ordered a seat from them, they confirmed the the order for the incorrect style. I called and they resubmitted the corrected order, and went ahead and made the seat wrong, just like they wanted to in the first place.
I am living with it, due to the great mistake of also ordering beetle bags. I should have known better when their disclaimer said that they could not match paint. With the help of my credit card company, they replaced the first set of bags.
I learned that Corbin does not have a quality control department, nor a customer relations department. I spoke to everyone, except Tom Corbin, who does not answer his voice mail.
In short, does the terminology,"pig in a poke" mean anything to you. It's what you will get for your dollar, with Corbin. If you don't believe me, research them.

It's for that very reason I don't recommend Corbin to people. Everyone I know that bought something from them online or by phone has had issues.

HOWEVER, make an appointment, ride there and have them build something to spec and it's the best product/service in the industry. Very tough to find an unhappy customer that's walked in.

Lots of happy Sargent customers out there... Might be worth checking them out.

What's on my VFR? A Corbin. Probably one of the most comfortable Corbin seats I've ridden on too. I bought it used though and verified it had no problems with VFR fitment before I bought it.

If I had to buy one new through mailorder, I'd be dialing up Sargent.
I'm fortunate enough to live a few hours from Corbin's plant. So if I wanted to spend the money, I'd make a day of it and have something form fitted for my bony-ass.
