Just wanted to see if anyone in colorado springs would be down to ride (I know there's at least a couple of you down here). JUST started riding, so I can't do anything crazy, but i'd love to get out with some other people and maybe get some feedback as to how i'm doing (and just meet some people in general). I'm the only person I know down here that rides, so...

I'm sure we have a couple members in CO, but I'm not sure how close they are to the springs.

for local rides and info, there is much more going on over at cosportbikeclub.org

requires membership approval and can take some time occasionally. Let me know if you register and there's too much delay getting your account active.

beware of group rides as a new rider. Guys often get sucked in over their ability and regularly fling their bikes into the ditch. Best to find a good group of 3 or 4 regulars that you are comfortable with and work on your skills.

Yeah, that was kind of the idea, just find a couple people willing to go on some slower rides... I checked out the website, they didn't really have anything in southern colorado

Most of the stuff happens around Deckers and Peak to Peak but there are more Springs rides than there are northern CO rides. Just post up there like you did here that you are looking for a slower paced ride in the Springs and folks will chime in.
