Is the clutch push rod (Honda part # 22884-MB0-006) supposed to have a rubber O-ring in the center groove? I bought a new one and it doesn't have it, but everyone I've seen removed from a bike has had a black piece in there. I'm thinking because my new part didn't have it, the black piece is just remnants from the rubber boot (Honda part # 45504-410-003).
