    Hi all,

My bike tipped over in the driveway the other day and it broke my clutch lever. I ordered one and in came in today, its an aftermarket bike master.

I can't quite figure out how to get it on the bike.

I took off the old one, pretty easy one bolt through the top of it. When I removed it. the gold piece that connects to the master cyclinder came with it as well as the dial that allows you to move it closer or farther from you.

The new lever came without the dial, it is expected to be put into the new lever.

I can't figure out how to get that piece off the old lever. There was an allen bolt that i removed that connects the dial to the piece I need to reuse. The piece I need to resuse is both the dial and the piece of metal that connects to the master cyclinder.

If anyone has experienced this and can make sense out of what I am trying to do please help!

I put the broken lever back on so I can ride tomorrow, but I really want to get this fixed.

    Any advice is appreciated.

Any chance you could put up a pic of what you're talking about? I changed mine out a few months ago, but I don't remember anything out of the ordinary with fitment. I bought some kind of aftermarket lever also. It went on without a prob.
