As I posted yesterday I couldn't get pressure build up after bleeding the clutch and adding new fluid. I found the solution. I disconnected the clutch slave cylinder, I then gently pushed the slave piston back into the unit. Be careful and easy as you go, air and brake fluid will purge out of the master cylinder if you do this too forcefully. You want to purge the unit of air but not all over the bike. I pushed the piston back a couple of times just to ensure the unit was fully purged and then reinstalled the slave unit. I then started pumping the clutch handle and "walla" it built pressure up in just a few strokes and I purged with bleeder valve as usual. All is fine now! I hope this helps others. I'm in the process of purging the cooling system, checking the plugs, cleaning the air filter and will attempt to adjust the starter valves today. I may be back asking more questions as the day progresses!
