Hi guys, I need a little help regarding clicking noise in my `92 steering stem. This winter I've redone the whole front of the bike: new fork seals, oil, tapered steering bearings, brake pads, braided hose, etc. Everything is great except one thing- I can hear a clicking noise when braking. It doesn't have to be hard braking, as soon as I touch the lever, it clicks, and I can slightly feel it on the bars... The bike handles very well, but that noise is driving me crazy, since I'm very meticulous. I've tried to tighten head bearing, but at some point my steering becomes heavy, but the noise is still there. It's even there when I try to brake few times in a row, it just clicks every time. Since I've changed pretty much everything in the front, I was wondering could it be my fork bushings are ready for replacement. When my forks were apart, I've took an opportunity to check bushings, and they had colour of copper to the half of their hight, and they looked ok. Don't know what else to try, HELP! Thnx
