Has anyone bought one of the tinted windshields (for a 4th gen) on Ebay, shipped from China? The cost is cheap, but I'm wondering if there might be quality or shipping/import problems trying to get one from Hong Kong. (I guess it'll be easier than trying to get one from King Kong)
    :)

I did a quick search with no success but I remember reading a post where a VFR owner had tried several windscreens including at least one of the cheaper Chinese versions.
As I remember his post, the differences were minor and he wasn't really unhappy with the Chinese versions. Actually he didn't seem to be terribly impressed with any of the aftermarket screens he had tried. Nothing really bad, but nothing special either.
Chances are good that any aftermarket ones you look at are also made in China.
In fact, I wouldn't want to bet that the OEM screens aren't made in China as well.

OEM for Honda is built in taiwan, which last I checked, is part of china. I think from 1998 on, everything Honda is made in taiwan, or thailand. I forget which.

Yeah... I think you're both right. I'll take a chance and go for one. Thanks for the feedback.
