Aftermarket wants $40 for muffler packing material...enough for 1 muffler. Does anybody know of a cheaper alternative, or somewhere I can order in bulk? Ive got 4 yoshis on the bench. Thanks
I bought some cheap mufflers that had fiberglass packing and a metal liner with many round holes,(you know the kind),anyway I was running the engine and as I looked out my garage door I could see sparkling particles of fiberglass blowing all around out side the garage. I took the crap out of the muffler because I did not want to spew it into the air. Made almost no difference in the sound. Save your money for gas and food.
