Charging Issue - Honda Says Stator is OK

I need some help with a charging issue on my 2k VFR. I replaced the RR with a new OEM Honda RR and also purchased a new Yusa battery. Everything seems fine but I was riding locally on the streets and the battery died again on me after making a stop to eat. I took the bike to Honda to have the stator checked. Honda checked the bike and checked it at 5k rpm and it is showing 14.5v or so charging. The problem is at low RPM where it does not seem to be charging. Anyone have an idea what is going on? Did the Honda shop test the stators voltage output or for continuity only?

Have you checked your wiring connections at the RR to see if any are crispy?

thanx for the response - When I replaced the RR I check the wiring and found nothing burnt or loose and I made sure all connections were tight. The Honda shop has only done the continunity test. I did see an old post that had additional stator test information but I have not been able to find that post here.

 

I just cheked with the Honda shop and they told me both continunity and voltage tests were done. There are gonna test it with the bike hot and get back to me.
