My coolant level is low on the reservoir. How do you know when to change it? I have no idea when it was done last. Also is Honda 50/50 coolant a good replacement?

Whenever in doubt about the age of engine fluids, it's always best to just flush and fill IMO. I went with Engine Ice for my coolant but Honda 50/50 should be fine, just stay away from products that have silicate inhibitors. The Honda Service Manual calls for Ethylene Glycol antifreeze containing corrosion protection prohibitors.

Be sure to give your coolant level a check UNDER THE RADIATOR CAP when engine is cool, and top up there also if necessary. :courage:
