    Hi VFRW,
I am currently doing up an old project bike. (Yamaha RD) The inside of the tank is pretty brown with rust, but still holds fuel. I was planning on using Tank Kreem to line and protect the inside. Ive read a fair bit recently of it not working too well, (possibly due to incorrect application) so am considering alternatives like Epoxy.
Caswell Epoxy Gas Tank Sealer is one product. Australian company, but it is half the price from US than 500km from me. I value the advice and opinions from this site. Has anyone used a tank sealer and did they have good results from it.
    Thanks for your advice.

Will be using it this weekend and let you know. Per this board, BZ, and interwebs research it's the only game in town

I've used it sucessfully on several tanks. Easy to use, fills pin (or larger) holes easily, here in US costs about $40 shipped and will do 2 'cycle tanks.
