Looking for a mechanic in the Sacramento area that can diagnose and fix my leaky carb assembly. I have the carbs off my 97 VFR but I don't have the equipment etc.. Fixing the bike to sell.

Check.the tubes between the carbs for a crack or a split o-ring on one of tubes. I found a bag of variuos sized metric o-rings for bucks. Don’t disassemble all the carbs from mounting plate. If one tube or o/ring needs to be replaced, you can do that by removing one. Take a picture of the throttle linkage first.
