For those who have been asking me about these...I'm finally installing them tonight.

I had to buy 4 new screws ($3) and drill a tiny hole (under the mirror mount for the power cable) but they look good. I'll post pictures later once I finish the right side and will let you know how well I can see behind me (arm in the mirror etc) later. So I'll post plenty of pictures later with details on what size hole and what size screws I needed.

EDIT: I'll post better pictures tomorrow when I actually have my camera, this picture is from my phone.

Those mirrors w/ turn signal look awesome! Can you post a link to where you got them from, and a quick summary of pros/cons, how you like them?

    Thanks!

    carbon fiber-look integrated mirrors

Hey- I bought them from jagmotorcycle on ebay. From HERE

I know the link is for CBR, but he just doesn't list them for VFR anymore (not enough hits or something) He stopped doing that when i was looking for them. They're the exact same mirrors either way, same specs and everything. I actually bought from the CBR listing myself way back when.
    Pros:

    Sleek Look
Extra Visibilty to other drivers (mirror surface area is about the same as stock)
    Cool Factor
Easy To Install/Wire Up (just have a multimeter handy to find out which line is which on your turn signal lead (you can actually wire these up to only blink as signals OR be in sync with your running lights as well...i.e. always on, then blinking for turning.
    Cons:
All Plastic (haven't had problems besides having them creep once in a while, but a quick twist of the wrench and their set again)

Still have a small rubber boot(DAMN!) to cover up the wire to power the LED's. You could cut it off and use some black silicone or something for a cleaner look I suppose. I haven't had a problem with them.

They come with 2 bolts and 2 nuts to mount them...LAME. Had to pick up some hex cap screws at home depot or lowes (6mm i think? set of 4 was less than $5). Reason I did this was because the stock screw heads were too big to fit in the base mounts, and the bolts...well the hell with that. I bought the hex cap screws and they fit inside the mount with a common metric hex size from the rest of the bike. Perfect.

LED Brightness: they're not super bright during the day unless you're looking at them level, but at night they do the trick fine.

    OVERALL:

I love them. They're not quality all stars, but they look 10x better than the stock ones, have a cool look, nice safety add on of having extra signals blinking. If there were two things they could improve on it's be a metal arm/mounting base and brighter LED's. But they're not deal breakers for the price.

BTW- I have my camera back finally and I can put up some decent pics and even a video if you guys would like. Let me know!

    Sweet. Thanks for the feedback.

My mirrors were scuffed up in a recent "lay down" of my bike. Not me though, I loaned the bike to my bro, he drove it for a week and a half then on the way to return it to me, must have gotten bored, and decided to glance off a truck and lay it down (grrr). So I need some new ones and thought why not get some with led blinkers.

I'm going to snag a pair right now!

One more question for you. Were your mirrors for a cbr 600RR or an F4I. The link was for a RR but I found the same mirrors for an F4I from the same seller. Evidently they're not interchangeable so wanted to make sure.

I honestly don't remember. Check to see if there is a "specifications" link on the ebay listings. That's how I knew I could buy the ones for the CBR and use them on the VFR. The specs were the same. As far as F4 vs. rr...no idea really. I know the F4 has more common parts with a vfr though. My buddy has 99 F4 and it's really similar to my 98 vfr

actually...I'm pretty sure I got the ones for the F4i model. All of the F series bikes have the same specification sheet. I don't know why the RR model is different or why there isn't a specifications sheet to go with it. Hope that helps. Oh yeah, they come in chrome if that's more your style too.
