Can't upload?

I need help! I have tried to upload pictures several times today and it appears to be working fine and says that the upload is sucessful and then no picture?? What am I doing wrong?

 

I tried to upload them into my albums and into the fifth generation gallery.

 

Oh and there was no error message, in fact it said that the upload was successful and then when I looked to see the photo it was not there.

I think the issue was some kind of security we have at work as I have been able to upload no sweat from home. You know how anal an aerospace company can get about proprietary engineering etc. They must have some kind of new firewall set up. All is well.
