can the speedo gage be fixed

his whole 2 - 4 miles per hour off thing is pretty messed up. i would like to get it fixed.

i try to use speed radars to gage my speed, but its always a different number. i have a way to find my exact speed, but can it be adjusted?

yes, for a Gen4 you can use a speedohealer
