I use a place called PHOTOBUCKET . You can up load your pics there and then put them on any site you want. such as:
Are you talking about loading your pictures onto VFRworld? If so, there is a file size limit. Depending on the file type...it is around ~195.3KB. If it is larger than that, try resizing it, or like was mentioned, using a something like photobucket, or flickr.com and using the URL link for the pics.
On some computers I use, I have trouble getting the file attachment link to open. Hold down the control key while clicking the link with mouse and it should come up.
