Can my 2001 VFR800FI from a Powercommander? My only performance modifications include a D&D CF Slip-on and a K&N filter.I would like some assurance that the Powercommander is a worthwhile expense.Thanx!!!

Alot of times a pc is not needed if you just have a slip-on and k&n. If your bike runs good without a pc then I would save my $$. If its running poorly you would definetly benifit from it. Just make sure if you do install one, either you or the person installing it knows what their doing. I've seen alot of bikes that had pcs and ran like crap because they didn't use the correct map for the application.

i have one and it took me a while to find a good map. the performance increase is noticeable but not incredible. i wouldnt pay full price for one, but i got mine used on ebay. i like it, but i could live without it.
