Can I use this bolt to hang a small L bracket?

Can I use this bolt to hang a small L bracket? The bracket is only a few mm thick. Not sure if the end of that bolt has an impact on the steering bearing or something

Go for it. Definitely will have no impact on the steering. The bottom triple is a solid piece with the stem.

 

OK to use bracket.

Just be careful to ensure whatever you fit to bracket clears mudguard on full suspension travel.
