Can I install the 2 Bros system without the passenger footpegs?

Title says it all. I picked up a used Two Brothers VALE Ti system from ebay last night for a steal. Reading the install instructions on Two Bros website right now, and noticed it says to use the brackets for the passenger footpegs as a mounting point. I'm trying to clean up the look of my bike and was planning on removing the passenger footpegs and brackets, though.

Anyone know if there's a way to install this system without using the passenger brackets?

Assuming 6th gen, then you'll be OK. It just needs the right rear passenger peg's subframe mounting hole, not the whole silver peg/hanger assembly itself. But if you do remove the pegs, you may need to get a new, shorter bolt to attach the exhaust to the subframe.
