Hi all, not sure if this has been covered on this site or not but when installing my cams on my vf1000 1984 I just couldn't get the timing set up correctly, after a bit or research it turns out that the clymer manual is wrong. 3 times I installed and stripped out the cams and just couldn't see what I was doing wrong:rolleyes: I also have a genuine honda book which I then looked at and it describes a different method of setting up the timing marks. Having now followed the honda manual all seems ok.
I expect this is covered on here somwhere so I won't go into details, I confuse myself most of the time so god knows what I would do to you guys:biggrin:

This is one of the few areas where the Honda manual is incorrect. All four cams are set at the T1-3 mark.
