    Hi.

I have replaced the cam chain tensioner, but how do I tension/ adjust it?

I see there is kind of an eye on the top, but do I turn it, break it of or what?

Normally you just pull the tab out and the spring will unwind...

Just to expand on Rayzerman's post...the tensioner has been shipped to you with a locking device inserted so you can install the tensioner without applying tension to the chain. When you pull that locking device out, the tensioner spring will be released to apply tension to the chain.
