I am a new 98 owner and just wanted to see who is local or close to me so we can get together in the spring and maybe go for a ride. :thumb:

Ok Arkansas and surrounding riders, lets get together and ride!! I will throw out a date of July 9th and we all can meet somewhere and ride. Someone just chime in if they want to change date or whatever. We could ride Jasper and Hwy 123 or anywhere else. Highway 10 in Oklahoma? Let's get something going!!

woo hooo theyre alive lololol live down here in fayetteville. bad thing is my second gear just took a crap in my other beast so i have to track one down and toss it in the tranny.. i will keep ya posted though as to the progress of one of the beasts one is a street fightered vf1000r the other is a stock vf1000r prolly seen me around here or there lol kinda hard to miss a gorilla riding a bike ahhahahha

Usually ride a fair amount a few times each week. 30,000 miles on the '08 since March 2009.

Hey Lear & HCD! I haven't seen you guys since we rode Hwy 123 a few years ago, hope all is well.

I'm probably able to go ride any time if I can have about 24 hours notice (flexible work schedule) so send a PM or email me.

 

Orion, I'm pretty sure I saw you on you and the VF1000 on the east side of Fayetteville back in the early part of March, I was in the car, though.

 

Heading out for a ride this morning, going to Bentonville BMW to look at an R1200GS (ohhh baby!).

Prolly did I look like a gorilla humping a vf1kr when I'm out n about I'm a big ole boy have had these beasts since I was a lol ole boy hahahah.

 

JD, make sure you don't buy the white GS, a good friend of mine is salivating over it. I would love to have a GS but every time I get on my ole VIFFER I think why get rid of this.

I am ridin a '10 VFR 1200 and live in Marble Falls, AR. That is just south of Harrison near the Hub. Always looking for an excuse for a spirited ride!
