California Smog Check (senate Bill 435), It's time for a fight

I guess it's bound to happen sooner or later. If you care start complaining and start a petition. It's not really about smog but generating revenue for the state and smog check businesses.

I have already sent a rebuttal through the AMA, to my Senator Mark Leno and my Assembly Representative...they actually responded. Arizona attempted this very thing and ended up canceling the project last year.

Welcome to Obama mania not only is Calli trying for this but the pres is trying to sign a bill that is going to make mandatory smog regs for all automobiles, which means the already struggling car companies are going to have to go RE-engineer all there vehicles and more smog regulations means worse fuel economy, and foreign car companies aren't going to want to build this crap cause it is going to cost too much or there prices are going to skyrocket. Do politicization ever wonder why it is cars in Europe get double our fuel economy even the same models that are here great example the SMART car in the USA it gets around 28-35 mpg in Europe it gets around 50-60 but ok lets put more restrictions on it. And before you guys blast me about Obama I know it doesn't matter what letter they have in front of there name there ALL freaking retarted
