Hello again. So, one of my winter projects is to piece back together an '81 goldwing 1100. I was never really into the vetter fairing and what not, and it's not in good enough condition for me to mind changing it from stock...SO I think I'd like to go cafe-racer style with it. Outside of our love for VFRs, have any of you had any experience converting bikes to cafe racers? Anyone know a reliable website for getting the body kits and materials? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

France is the land of crazy cafe racers...ever seen a Voxan???

try searching out some of the french mag websites.

i think one is Moto Revue...but not 100% sure on that spelling.

english mag performance bikes (aka 'PB' ) also used to do a lot of readers specials which included cafe stuff. its good to see other peoples ideas for inspiration.

have to say tho...some of it was just plain wierd..
