    Finally got to see Bruno this week, while it had a few funny bits like the Velco suit at the catwalk scene thought it not as funny as his earlier Borat movie or even earlier Ali G series.

    Has anyone else seen it do they think it Funny or Stupid or both ?

    Haven't heard great things so I just figured I'd wait for the video. I saw Borat and it was funny as hell but I saw a review of this one before it opened and knew I wasn't paying good money to see it. The internet has played hell on movie studios that crank out junk.

    I dunno. I'm not a huge fan of Borat I found a lot of the jokes lame and obvious.

    Cohen cannot go on forever with his current shtick, while at times very funny and very satirical, which I like a lot, you cant continue to expect folks to continue to buy into him. I greatly enjoyed Ali G. and I think he has some more in him yet, but just poking fun at goofs will only go so far. Not that he isnt good at it. Maybe he thinks hey its done me well so far, why mess with it, but I suspect he can do even better if he really put his mind to it.

    Sometimes though I think hey, there is no end to human lameness, so maybe he will continue to mine that vein forever.

    Havent seen it yet.

    Thought he brilliant as King Julian in Madagascar 2 maybe voices are Sacha Cohens future calling. :cool:
