Need troubleshooting help! Trigger switch for brights are working however the toggle switch is not. All wires seem fine along with all the fuses. Any ideas?
If the bulbs are OK and the high beam "pass" button works, then most likely you have dirty contacts in the hi/lo rocker switch.
Your Passing Switch exactly duplicates the Rocker Switch Hi Beam selection as you can see by the attached drawing, therefore your fault can only be within the Rocker Switch OR a broken wire/connection for the Rocker Switch. The switch assy can be removed by unscrewing the two Philips Screws underneath the assembly.
