What is a good brake pad replacement ....Should i use OEM or r there different ones i can use?? Which r the better aftermarkets ?
I've had good experiences with EBC brake pads. I specifically use the double sintered HH versions and they provide a nice progressive braking experience. What I don't like about the OEM brake pads is that they offer a on/off braking capability; it's hard to apply like 20% brake pressure. One caveat is that the EBC brake pads aren't quite as durable and depending how hard you ride they won't last as long as the OEM brake pads. I replace my EBCs every year. YMMV. Hope that helps.
