blinkers not working after slow speed crash

Hi All,
Sorry to say that I dropped my beloved 5th Gen in a (relatively) slow speed accident this afternoon. Apart from a major dint in my ego, damage was limited to L side fairings, bars, mirrors and curiously none of my blinkers now work. The L side blinker was broken away from both fairing mounting points in the impact, but the bulb and wiring appear to be intact. Can anyone please provide me with advice on why none of my blinkers are now workng? Thanks.
