Is good runs great when cold
But won’t run after it gets warm just trying to find out if motor is trashed or not I’m thinking it has a burnt valve or hopefully valves just need adjusting

That comment is very familiar, "Starts easily when cold, then goes too-rich-to-run as it warms up"

That usually turns out to be a failed fuel pressure regulator.

Would being to rich to run keep it from cranking over

It barely turns over and backfires a lot and has no power going down the road

Yes, an over-rich mixture will make restarting a warmed up engine nearly impossible.

But you haven't mentioned whether or not the bike's exhaust smells of unburned gas. When a VFR runs rich due to fuel pressure regulator failure you can smell it.
