Happy Saturday everyone, making progress on the bike today, got the ugly cluster off, so many wires!!! The bike will start, but every time I move this little box (picture below) she dies, can anyone help me over-ride this problem? I'm sure it's a cut off switch of some kind, but I don't want it, please and thank you!

These bike have a kill switch in case bike tips over, I haven't seen one, but assume that is what you are holding since it has an "UP" on it!

My question would be how do you over-ride it? If I unplug it, it won't start, guess I'll just tape it to the frame for now lol

How many wires go to it? You should be able to short out the wires that are normally closed and that should be that. Unless there are a large number of wires going to it.

    The GREEN is ground
The WHITE is +12vdc from fuse box
The RED/WHITE is +12vdc to Engine Stop Relay which feeds ignition.
To bypass switch, bridge WHITE & RED/WHITE

^^^^^^^^^^^^^That looks like that's the ticket.

If you wanted to convince yourself, use a VOM to check the circuit between White and Red/White with the box oriented correctly and then turn it. You should have complete circuit with the box right side up and should have "1", an open circuit with the box tilted. This is done with the ignition off BTW.

But just take Allyance's word for it and you'll be good to go.
