Yep, all of them is correct. There are ways around it and your bike will run better, but it's going to set you back roughly $1500.
Delkevic (or motad) downpipes for a '98 or '99 5 gen...$250 A good mid-pipe and chimney...$700-$800 Eliminate the pair valve...$10 02 eliminators to minimize the ECU's affects and maximize power commanders affects...$40 PCIII with a custom Dyno to tie it all togather...$600 You could probably go even further than that, but something tells me you know this Wray.
Oh that's what you were referring to -- I thought you meant something about removing the emissions stuff to make a "49 state version" which would be $1500... I figured evap can and PAIR valves... then wasn't sure where the other $1490 was going
