It seems to me, in my auto shop classes (yes I went to high school when you got a broad education) that the majority heat carrier in an internal combustion engine is the oil. Because of its exposure to the quench area of the pistons and the bottom of the cylinders. Now my question is wouldn’t it be more effective to install a larger oil cooler than to spend a lot of time fooling with the air flow around the radiators. The idea of a second fan seems ok, but you're adding complexity and weight. I’m talking about a lot bigger, like the one the put on the new GSX R (Picture Below from Sport Rider Magazine).
