bent clip on - reason for concern?

    I noticed that my right hand gets closer to the tank then the left. Further inspection revealed that the right clip on is actually slightly bent.

    I figure trying to bend it back and stressing the metal again would probably be bad. Plus you cant tell going down the road, just turned to full stop.

    When I bought the bike the end of the brake lever was snapped off so I know it was dropped.

    No visible signs of cracks, etc...should I be looking to replace this or no?

    Could you just rotate it a touch forward so it's more or less equal to the left? The notch may prevent moving it very far, but might be just enough to make them even-er...
