Today i rode down to a local motorcycle salvage yard because they had 2 VFR800's listed in their inventory, i was curious if i could pick up some of the parts that are corroded on my bike so i can bring the bike back to mint condition... i was able to pick up both sides passenger peg brackets for $10 and both of the oil lines to the cooler for another $10... the guy really tried to talk me into buying the entire motor from one of them and offered them to me for $250 bucks... which is very cheap for a motorcycle motor, they had an 04 R1 motor sitting on a tire inside the shop area with a sign on it for $2500 and it had 14k apparently on the clock..

Im just amazed how cheap parts are for this bike now that i own it if you do a little searching around...
